Once Order is Placed How Do I Know When I Will Receive My Trading Pins?

Customers ask us all the time, "How do I know when I will receive my trading pins?"  That's why we felt like we should address this subject in our blog today.  The style of pin and the amount of detail that goes into it can largely determine when you will receive your order.  Here's how the process works:

• Depending on the time that the order is placed, it goes straight to the factory.  This applies to all orders place before 6 PM EST.  Any order placed after this time gets sent to the factory the next day.  This puts the order into production. Standard production time for basic soft enamel style trading pins is 10-14 days depending on the time of year. Keep in mind that if you add glitter, danglers, blinkers or any other type of add on, it can extend your time frame to 14-24 days.

  "How Will I Know If the Order Has Shipped?" Once the order ships, we send an email to the point of contact who placed the order and give you or them the UPS tracking number.  From that point on, you can go to UPS.com and insert this number into the field designated for tracking  and it will allow you to see where the package is the minute it leaves the factory. Our factory ships Monday-Saturday.  If your order ships on the weekend, you may not get the tracking number until after your package is delivered.  Just know that the carrier we ship with is UPS.  If they come to the door with a package, it is most likely your trading pins.
