Measurements
We measure our patches based on the following calculation: (Height + Width) / 2 Simply add together the largest height and largest width of your desired patch, then divide that number by two. The result is your patch size.
Embroidery Chart
Embroidery coverage defines the amount of embroidery across the entire surface of a patch. We base our embroidery percentages upon 2 basic amounts: up to 75%, and 76-100%.

Colors: Includes 1 twill color choice and up to 7 thread colors per design – additional colors are $.10 each
