Custom Pins for Hockey Teams, Leagues, and Tournaments

Hockey has the strongest pin-trading culture of any sport — tournaments from Squirt to Junior run trading floors in the hotel lobby, and a team that shows up without pins is a team that goes home without any. We build hockey pins around your team’s logo, mascot, or season theme, from a dozen roster pins to a thousand-piece tournament run.

If you’re pricing out a full tournament order — per-player quantities, blinkies, spinners, and the upgrades that make a pin tradeable — our trading pin guide covers the math; everything on it applies to hockey season identically.

Roster and Team Pins

A roster pin carries every player’s name and number on one design — the Bantam A pin above is the shape most teams pick: team logo center, names around the border. Parents buy them by the handful, and they double as end-of-season keepsakes when the banner goes up.

Puck, Championship, and Season Pins

Puck-shaped pins photograph exactly like the real thing in black nickel, and a championship or season pin with the year on it outlasts every participation trophy in the bag. Booster clubs sell both at the concession stand — a well-designed pin is one of the highest-margin fundraisers a club can run.

Upgrades That Trade Well

On the trading floor, movement beats size: blinkies, spinners, sliders, and danglers are what kids hunt for, and glitter enamel photographs like ice under arena lights. Every upgrade adds per-pin cost, so most teams put one upgrade on the main design rather than three — the trading pin guide ranks the upgrades by trading value per dollar, and all of it applies to hockey unchanged.

Booster Club and Spirit Pins

The booster club’s version of the team pin is a fundraiser: sold at the glass for several times its cost at quantity, often on a pin card with the team’s schedule printed on the back. Clubs buying to resell should order through bulk and wholesale pricing — at 300-plus the per-pin price drops enough to roughly double the margin at the table.

League and Association Orders

Associations running multiple teams get the best economics by pooling: one base design — the association crest — with a per-team band or year tab reuses the mold across every squad, and the combined quantity lands a volume tier no single team reaches. The same base design covers coach and volunteer recognition at season’s end, where a die struck variant reads as an award rather than a giveaway.

Getting Started

Send us your team or association logo and we’ll have a free digital proof back within 48 hours — artwork and unlimited revisions are free on every order, and free U.S. shipping means the budget goes into the pins, not the freight.
