What is your refund policy
Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. If one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it (at no additional charge to you). We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. Signature does not issue refunds, give credits or offer discounts.

Quick response in regards to getting a quote and getting proofs emailed. I had no issues and the customer service was great. Received the pins and they look amazing!! I ordered ahead of time and estimated shipping date was on point. Will most definitely get pins from here again.
