Most companies start at five years, but the average worker now changes jobs before that, so a one-year or three-year pin is worth adding at the bottom of the series. From there the usual pattern is every five years — 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 — with something more substantial at the 25, 30 and 40 year marks.
You do not have to order every tier in the same quantity. Far more people will hit one year than thirty, and we will quote each tier separately so you are not paying for pins that sit in a drawer.
